- Rivian
- Led Product for the Vehicle Service Platform at Rivian, ServiceOS, across web and mobile. This system enabled service advisors and technicians to access service materials, perform work, and bill for work.
- Expanded the service system to support all 3 initial models and international expansion. Every single vehicle at Rivian goes through this system

- Zipcar
- Deployed new hardware that enables instant trips. This hardware allows for increased revenue and lower vehicle operations costs through a reduction in complexity and improved member experience
- Led the Platform team through a complete 0-1 rebuild of our systems. This enabled us to build new products and services for our customers and led to the spinoff of Flexcar
- Given the Zipcar Value Award of the year for "Delivering Results". This award is chosen by leadership to recognize an individual who has created enduring value through profits and growth.

- Avis Budget Group (partnered with Zipcar)
- Pitched and built the Avis QuickPass system, available at 63 airport locations to help customers skip the line and get to their destination
- Developed the first-ever internal mobile application for the Avis Field Team with an NPS score of 83. This app has driven $5M of annual cost savings by streamlining manual tasks
- Built multiple backend products that combined connected vehicle data to automate the rental experience. Savings to date are $15M and growing

- SKULLY Helmets
- Conducted extensive product discovery and research with current and potential customers. This led to a next-generation experience utilizing a Head-Up Display to give customers the information they need at a glance.
- Led a team of six engineers for the iOS/Android mobile applications, Android helmet application, and helmet firmware

- Created the first ever ADT created mobile application, ADT Canopy, from concept to app store release. This application is now a leading product for ADT known as “ADT Go.”
