- Migrated all Zipcar vehicles to a new technology platform. The Platform team oversaw architectural decisions and built various tools and components to serve our external customers and internal stakeholders.

- Avis Budget Group (includes Zipcar)
- Developed the first-ever internal mobile application for the Avis Field Team with an NPS score of 83. This app has driven $5M of annual cost savings by streamlining manual tasks.
- Built multiple backend products that combined connected vehicle data to automate the rental experience. Savings to date are $15M and growing.

- Product Manager for the first ever HUD connected Motorcycle Helmet, the SKULLY AR-1. It overlays driving directions, incoming call data, and other important information to the customer.
- Managed everything from creating customer personas to ongoing product & agile software activities - user stories, wireframing, sprint planning, backlog, design, & testing.

- Product Manager for the first ever ADT-created mobile application, now known as ADT Go. This product is used around the world by thousands of families to protect their loved ones.
- Worked on partnerships with Nest, Ring, August, and other home automation partners.
- Other projects included an energy saving algorithm for ADT Pulse customers and data analytics on home events to create customized events.
